Level 1 is perfect for starters.
- Is it your first time? Don't know all the techniques yet? Then this class is perfect for you!
Level 2 is ideal if you have already mastered the basic techniques.
- In this class we work at a higher pace with an extra focus on strength & endurance. Ready to sweat?
