Cardilates
During the lessons you will do a combination of muscle strengthening, stabilizing and relaxing exercises. It's not about doing as many exercises as possible. What is essential is that you train with deep concentration. That you use your mental capacity to use your muscles as optimally as possible. Because the more concentrated you train, the more your body becomes balanced.
