Lemonoc network

UCLL is the coordinator of the Learning Mobility for Mutual Benefit (LEMONOC) project.

The project's main objective is to improve the quality of learning mobility with the Global South within European higher education institutions.

On the LEMONOC website, we provide tools and resources that enable stakeholders to:

assess the opportunities and challenges they are facing
further develop the knowledge, skills and competences needed to provide qualitative learning mobility for students

Ultimately, LEMONOC aims to become the platform for a network open to all stakeholders in learning mobility who wish to discuss trends, potentials and challenges, and share their ideas and experiences.

Partners

UCLL is part of the KU Leuven Association which is an official entity regulating the collaboration between KU Leuven and several university colleges in Flanders, Belgium.

International projects

Our research groups and services for the work field represent an annual budget of over ten million euro. More than 10% is derived from international funding. UCLL ranks first among Flemish university colleges in terms of winning international project funding. In 2015, we participate in over 45 European projects.

Picasa network and project

UCLL is a partner in the PICASA project (2014-2017). PICASA is a Tempus project focussing on higher education institutions in Armenia, Georgia, Belarus and Ukraine. The project aims to develop and upgrade the infrastructure and models for internationalisation at those partners. The project offered the opportunity for UCLL to review its internal procedures for internationalisation while coaching the Eastern partners.
